Policies
- 50% deposit of the total cost is required to process order and balance upon completion.
- All custom orders are NOT returnable and are FINAL once confirmed via email.
- Shipping and handling fees are an additional cost.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- A sample fee is required for any requested samples.
- Client's own fabric can't be accepted.
- No rush orders.
- All custom claims must be made within 1 week of receipt of goods.
