Returns & Exchanges

For Custom: There are no returns or cancelations. All orders are final once confirmed.

For In-Stock: We have a 1 week return policy, which means you have 1 week after receiving your item to request a return. If purchased in-store, you have up to 3 days to return. Same-day return, will receive full refund. After that, store credit will be issued. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@jdofny.com or call at 212-768-3623 or visit our showroom.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. 

Shipping

We ship internationally!

For Custom: Custom projects are shipped once completed.

For In-stock: Orders are shipped between 1-3 days on business days (Monday-Friday).

Pickup

Orders can be picked up in store for FREE! Confirmation will be sent when order is ready for pick up.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and cash. NO checks.
